The Tuscarawas Regional Labor Management Council Program is part of a network consisting of 11 professional not-for-profit service organizations that play significant roles in fostering Ohio's prosperity. Each is partially  funded by the Ohio Department of Development, community support and donations from many businesses and organizations utilizing TRLMC services.

Tuscarawas Council assists employees and organizations in their community to develop collaborative initiatives  encouraging innovation and flexibility to meet the demands of continuous change and global competition.

Founded in 1987, the Tuscarawas Regional Labor Management Council has evolved and grown regionally.

The council is represented by community leaders and organizations including management officials, labor unions, government officials and public organizations.

The Tuscarawas Regional Labor Management Cooperation Program is part of a state supported network of service providers that promote good employer/employee relations in a high performance work environment.

TRLMC provides a comfortable, neutral atmosphere for training and facilitation and creates an environment for positive change.

TRLMC also promotes economic development and encourages companies to stabilize and prosper by encouraging employee involvement.
